Our freshly picked garlic is from our local greenhouses in Zanjan, Hamedan, West and East Azerbaijan and Ardabil provinces and its quality index includes +50 mm diameters, white color and 10-15 cm stem. The edible parts of this fragrant seasoning’s cloves are dense and clinging. The cloves should be perfectly firm and consistent, without any signs of contamination with pests and diseases.
